This definitely made my day. Pete is a Vice President at Glenwood Intermountain Properties (where I work). It really just started out as a question about pictures for Facebook, but it turned into something a lot more promising! With my time away from school, I've been looking for a second job, with not much luck. This would be fantastic!

it is 98% true but could involve me spending the weekend looking for them

That's one thing that really sets Glenwood apart to me, we're not using cheap gimmicks to sell the apartments, we're honestly putting our best foot forward

well if you feel like you want to really get more serious in that regard let me know and we can make it a bit of your specialty and give you some more in-depth training and let you take on some projects for us. This Fall is going to be immensely busy once our financing goes through and we start picking up more properties

I actually talked to Brandy yesterday about helping out over there for a bit. I'm out of school until the Fall, and it would be amazing to take on more hours with the compnay while I can

Well with people like you on our team, we are sure to succeed. Work with Ted and when you are ready to take on more, let me know and I will try to come up with a plan. I am already doing something similar with Rebecca at RAI

Money is tight but I am sure we can come up with something that will challenge you and make your work with us more fun.

well my goal is to have 25 properties in 5 years and I am just now starting to think that is a conservative estimate based on some of the financing we are working on. Let's set up a time to talk next week about your professional development and see we can't find a good path to put you on. I think you have a great deal of potential and I am thrilled to hear you want to stick around.
