I woke up this morning earlier than planned, and had a beautiful morning working on my church calling. There is nothing better than a quiet morning listening to the birds chirping outside my window. It was one of the many moments today I had to reflect on the love my Heavenly Father has for me, and how overwhelmingly blessed I am.
At church, I was the first person to get up in sacrament meeting and bear my testimony. I used to think the women that got up first and talked about how they just HAD to get up were just over exaggerating. That was me today. THAT was one of the many moments today I cried for the joy of life.
Today was a good nap day. Some days I take a nap and wake up more tired. Today I just woke up more relaxed. It was fantastic.
I also finally saw Mamma Mia today... and MY LAND! When Brittany and Lauren told me that the 3 old ladies were exactly like the 3 of us, I just brushed it off as a vague similarity. But NO! The similarities are hilariously awesome! I quite thoroughly enjoyed the movie that I thought I would hate... and kinda want to watch it again! :)
I ran across something awesome today. sıɥʇ op ǝɯ s,ʇǝן ʇı Awesome, eh?!
Oh... and one more thing! Yesterday I had a unique experience. I was told by a pretty awesome guy "So... I have something I want to talk to you about." (uh-oh) "Last week my roommate looked at me and said 'Justin, you need to go on more dates,' so I asked this girl in my ward out. That's where I have to be at 5 today. But... I really want to date you. *pause* Do want to try it?" (Try what?) "Dating me?"
... I said yes!
